How Dice Rolls Are Judged as a Fair Roll
In the craps casino games the referees or the people in command to maintain the peace are the boxman, dealer and the stick dealer. They justify and correct anything that is not right about dice rolls. They say if it is not right and if the dice needs to be rolled again. They make the decisions and their decision should be final. They always aim to be fair since they would like to get tips from the player who will win and that could be anyone in the table. There are times when it will not be called and it will not only be fair when the following things happen:
1.When the person in charge as a boxman calls otherwise. 2.When the assigned floor personnel says its not a fair roll. 3.When the roll is not counted by the dealer himself and not by the stick dealer since the dice or just the die lands out of view and are behind something like some checks. The dice in this case is not in its perfect line.
A dice roll described as fair should land in the center of the craps table and should always hit the wall. Dice that will not be able to hit accordingly the wall's back shall be decided fair when it passed the table's center line which is actually fifty yards. There are instances that dice will also fall on the players' wagered money or on the stacks of dealers and the markers for the pucks and these rolls will still be counted. There are times when the die falls under the other one and this is counted as well.
The rolls is counted when the dice hit a player, or body parts of the dealer, stick dealer and the box man. They will still be considered fair. It will not be considered if it will take more time before they can fall. If the die leans on the chips which represents the players' money or the tables wall then it will be considered only when those things are taken out. The prime authority in making decisions on any dice roll is the box man.
A roll will not be counted when the following situations happen:
1.the dice or die bounced from the craps table and hits the wall in a tall place. 2.The die or dice lands in the rack of another player. 3.The die or dice falls in the bank of the casino. 4.The die or dice falls on the bowl of the stick dealer. This is also known as the no dice roll should be made in stick man's bowl. 5.A die or the dice slips from the hand of the shooter and does not make the line. 6.A roll will not be counted when there is a long delay or when the dice takes too long to drop. 7.The roll is not counted when the shooter obviously slides the dice out of the game's table. 8.The roll is not counted when the stick dealer cannot see the dice and its way above for him to see. 9.The roll is not counted when the shooter rolls three dice or more. 10.The roll is not a roll when the shooter aims on the table's wrong side. 11.The roll is not counted when a representative like a friend of the shooter makes the throw on their behalf. 12.An unusual situation can also happen when the shooter uses a different dice.
